What exactly does LATELITA's Shipping Protection cover for my jewellery order?

Our recommended Shipping Protection is designed to give you complete peace of mind. It covers your LATELITA jewellery against loss, theft, or damage that might occur during transit. If anything unfortunate happens, we ensure a fast replacement or a full refund.

How does the 'order shipping protection' work if my package is lost or stolen?

If your LATELITA jewellery package is lost or stolen during shipping, simply contact us. With active Shipping Protection, we'll arrange for a fast replacement of your order or issue a full refund, ensuring you don't lose out.

Is this Shipping Protection really necessary for LATELITA jewellery?

While we take great care in packaging, the shipping process can be unpredictable. This protection is chosen by most customers for the added security it provides, especially for valuable or sentimental LATELITA jewellery. It offers a safety net against unforeseen issues like a damaged item during delivery.

How do I select the right Shipping Protection tier for my LATELITA jewellery purchase?

The Shipping Protection is offered in tiers based on the value of your order: < £100.00, < £200.00, < £400.00, and £400.00+. Simply choose the tier that matches or exceeds the total value of your LATELITA jewellery purchase at checkout to ensure full coverage.
